Outskrts Media operates this website and The Dash, a platform for participating businesses to manage customer inquiries, appointments, content, inventory, and reporting. Contact outskrtsmedia@gmail.com.
A participating business may have its own privacy notice for information it collects from its customers. Contact that business first about its products, messages, and customer records.
Information we receive
On this website, a booking request may include your name, email address, brand or website, selected time, and notes. Our hosting provider may receive ordinary technical information such as an IP address and request details needed to serve and protect the site.
In The Dash, we may process business account and security information, support requests, billing identifiers, conversations, contact details, appointments, inventory and sales references, content, and information from accounts a business chooses to connect. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in an inquiry or chat.
How we use information
We use information to arrange requested calls, operate and secure accounts, route inquiries, support appointments and reporting, respond to support requests, and maintain records of business activity. When a participating business enables AI-assisted replies, conversation content may be processed to prepare a response; staff can take over a conversation.
Connected accounts
A business may choose to connect its Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account. The Dash uses authorized access to route messages and read permitted reporting for that business. Outskrts runs ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager; The Dash does not currently create or publish Meta ads.
A separately connected Google Calendar may be used to list calendars, check availability, and create or update appointments. Google Ads and Business Profile reporting, where enabled and authorized, are read-only in The Dash. The Dash does not create or edit Google ads or Business Profile content. Businesses can disconnect supported connections in their workspace.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with the participating business and providers needed to operate enabled features, such as hosting and database services, email delivery, calendar and social platforms, payment processing, and an AI provider when AI replies are enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service. We do not sell customer contact details. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Entering a phone number in an inquiry does not, by itself, enroll anyone in automated texts. Any optional text program must present its own consent and sender details.
Retention and protection
Access to The Dash is restricted by workspace and role, and connected-account secrets are kept server-side. We keep information while needed to provide the service and for applicable security, billing, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. An authorized business owner may request export, disconnection, or deletion; existing backups and provider records may follow separate retention schedules. Retention after service ends depends on the records involved and applicable provider, security, billing, and legal requirements. We will explain what applies to a specific verified request.
Your requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion, email outskrtsmedia@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority. If the information came from a participating business, we may coordinate with that business. See our data deletion instructions.

We may update this notice as our practices change. The dates above identify when this notice took effect and when this page was last updated. Material changes will be posted here.
