Scope
These terms apply to use of the Outskrts Media website and The Dash. A business subscription, fees, term, renewal, cancellation, and any service commitments are set in a separate signed order form or agreement. If that signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that business. Viewing this site does not create a paid subscription.
Accounts and permitted use
Businesses designate authorized users and are responsible for protecting credentials, removing access when a teammate leaves, and reporting suspected misuse. Do not access another business's information, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, or provide payment-card numbers or sensitive identity information in inquiry fields. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service or affected users.
Your business and connected services
A participating business remains responsible for its own advertising, customer relationships, inventory and price accuracy, and approval of customer messages. It may connect only provider accounts it controls or is authorized to manage. Meta, Google, and other connected services have their own terms, permissions, outages, and limits; a connection does not guarantee continued access.
AI and reporting
Optional AI-assisted replies and performance reports can be incomplete or delayed. A business should review its approved knowledge, policies, customer-facing actions, and business decisions. The Dash distinguishes confirmed sales from estimates or influenced attribution; no ad, lead, booking, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Content and data
A business retains its rights in its own data and content. It authorizes Outskrts Media to host and process them to provide, secure, and support the services it has enabled, subject to its signed agreement and our Privacy Notice. Outskrts Media retains rights in The Dash software, templates, and brand. Each party needs permission before using the other's marks publicly.
Fees, support, and ending service
Any pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, and paid add-on rules are stated in the separate signed order form or agreement. An authorized business owner can request an export or disconnection when service ends; data handling is described in the signed agreement and our Privacy Notice.
